Short distractions

Getting stressed out working towards your hand-in deadline?  Maybe you need five minutes out just to chill – and then straight back to it!

Here’s what’s distracting me at the moment.  Feel free to add your own.

Flying Lawnmower

Yes, you read it right – a flying lawnmower. This always puts a big smile on my face.

Procrastination

Well that’s what you’re doing isn’t it?

You’re supposed to go back to your work in between these by the way – not watch them all one after the other.  Ration yourself!

Art in 3D – Samsung commercial

Very clever ad, and funny.

OK Go – This Too Shall Pass

This just puts a big smile on my face. It was done in one take. I love the energy in it.

You’re not just sitting here wading through the lot are you? Promise?

The Voca People

Acapella medley of songs – very clever.

Death Star Canteen

Acted out in Lego. If you’ve not seen it – where have you been?  (Strong language)

Back to work with you! You can come back here later.

Simon’s Cat Man Do

If you have a cat or have ever had a cat – this will ring true.

Her Morning Elegance

Amazing stop-motion video.

Now go and do some more work and come back in a couple of hours. Go on!

Amazing Sand Drawing

This is 8½ minutes long but well worth it. A whole story is told in sand.

Keep working – and good luck!

  2. Thanks Alex – that Gaga kid is amazing, and I’d heard about Gap Yah but not seen it before. Brilliant.

    • Thanks for the heads up – looks like two other links were broken too. All fixed now.
